I must say we have dealt with many brokers in the past and found them to be set and forget, I don’t really compliment many services that I have dealt with, I must say dealing with Elly at Enigma Finance was an absolute great customer experience she did everything, she helped with the administration side of things such as all the paper work, we had one meeting at the beginning and she did everything right there, the 2nd time we met with her was to signed the banks application forms & then we signed the formal banks approval with the next step to settlement, I am sure there is a lot more in between that process, but not once have we felt the pressure of the process she knows what she is doing, Elly kept us up to date from the time we met to the time of the end process, her communication is outstanding, she calls us every three months as well to see how we all are travelling with updates from the industry. Elly is a delight to work with, very confident in her field and is highly experienced.
